Delivery And Returns

If an item is marked as in stock, this is either means in stock at our warehouse or our suppliers. If the item is stocked in our warehouse, the order will be processed and shipped the same working day. If the item is stocked with our suppliers, the order will be processed and shipped within 3-7 working days.

All orders placed before 15:00 will be processed and shipped the same working day where the item is in stock in our warehouse. If the item is out of stock you will be notified and it will be shipped when the item is back in stock. If you order after 15:00 the item will be shipped the next working day if in stock. If the item needs a courier service to deliver this may mean it will be shipped the next working day depending on collection time for the area, you will be notified.

Any UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail first/second class signed for delivery service or special delivery. If your order amounts to over 2kg, this will need to be shipped via courier and will usually arrive one to two days after dispatch.

We have set the default delivery service to second class recorded delivery. Customers can change to first class recorded delivery if preferred. All recorded deliveries are tracked and insured.

All orders will be shipped complete unless otherwise agreed.

Outside the UK

All duties and taxes are to be paid by you, Roar Magic will not take any responsibility for these fees.

Roar Magic will not:

  1. Mark any item as a gift
  2. Will not issue any refund for custom fees, shipping or to refund the cost of your order due to you not paying the custom fees.

Overseas items will be shipped using UPS, Royal Mail and Parcel Force depending on the location.

European country shipping: £7.25 up to 2kg flat rate

Rest of the world: £8.99 up to 2kg flat rate.

If you are ordering high value products, please contact us to discuss shipping rates for your order.

Customers should allow extra time for European and rest of world destinations; 20 working days for European destinations and 25 workings days for rest of world destinations. Roar Magic cannot accept a claim for loss of items until at least 20 or 25 working days have passed since the item was posted.

If a special delivery item has been delayed, Roar Magic may refund charges depending on the circumstances. Although this service states next day delivery, Roar Magic do not guarantee this, therefore any refunds are at the discretion of the team. Please refer to the relevant terms and conditions of the courier company. Roar Magic will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of items once left the warehouse, nor be responsible for replacing the order free of charge.

Roar Magic is happy to accept refunds on faulty items. However, we are not happy to exchange non-faulty items that have been opened as the magic is in its secret. This will not affect your statutory rights.

Before you return your product, you must contact us to request an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number.
